Barwa Addax koppelt Van der Garde aan Sergio Perez

Giedo van der Garde weet wie volgend jaar zijn teamgenoot in de GP2 is. Sergio Perez is door Barwa Addax vastgelegd voor het seizoen 2010. De 19-jarige coureur kwam vorig jaar in de GP2 Asia Series al in actie namens Barwa Addax.

Perez: Addax heeft naast een geweldige werksfeer die lijkt op het Latijnse temperament ook een geweldig team van professionals dat onvermoeibaar werkt in een zoektocht naar perfectie. Bovendien zijn ze technisch gezien het meest competitieve team waarmee ik ooit samenwerkte. Dit wordt een belangrijk seizoen voor mijn loopbaan aangezien ik mezelf serieus kansen op de titel toedicht. Ik hoop op goede resultaten en ervaring om uiteindelijk de stap naar het ultieme doel, de Formule 1, te maken.
