Grosjean vervangt Ho-Pin Tung bij DAMS in Spa

Ho-Pin Tung kan dit weekend niet in actie komen in de GP2. De DAMS-coureur liep in het vorige GP2-weekend een scheurtje in een ruggenwervel op en hoewel zijn herstel spoedig verloopt is de Renault-reserverijder niet in staat om op Spa-Francorchamps te racen.

Romain Grosjean neemt zijn plek bij DAMS in België in. Het is nooit leuk om ergens in te stappen door een blessure van een andere coureur en ik wens Ho-Pin een voorspoedige revalidatie, begint de Fransman. In afwachting van zijn terugkeer steek ik DAMS echter graag de helpende hand toe. In Duitsland waren we snel maar ook ongelukkig. In België krijgen we een nieuwe kans om onze veelbelovende samenwerking te bekronen met punten.
