Romain Grosjean test voor het eerst in een IndyCar tijdens privétest

Voormalig F1-coureur Romain Grosjean zal vandaag tijdens een privétest voor het eerst kruipen achter het stuur van een IndyCar. Dit ter voorbereiding op het nieuwe seizoen. Het zijn de eerste serieuze werkzaamheden van de Fransman sinds zijn horrorcrash van drie maanden terug. De test wordt gehouden op Barber Motorsports Park. Naast Romain Grosjean komt ook Rinus VeeKay in actie. Er is geen officiële livetiming of - video beschikbaar.

Het IndyCar-seizoen begint op 18 april met de Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama. Dezelfde baan als waar vandaag de testrondjes worden afgewerkt.
