Gutierrez legt eerste meters af in SF15-T

Esteban Gutierrez mag dan niet testen deze week in Barcelona, de Mexicaan heeft toch zijn eerste rondjes afgelegd in de Ferrari. Gutierrez voelde dinsdag tijdens een filmdag de wagen voor het eerst aan de tand.

"De ervaring was positief. Als rijder wil je met de auto aan de slag en nu heb ik aan de auto kunnen 'proeven'. Ik heb kennis kunnen maken met het gevoel en de karakteristiek van de SF15-T."

"Direct werd duidelijk dat ik meer power tot mijn beschikking heb vergeleken met vorig jaar. Natuurlijk heb ik niet veel kunnen rijden, maar alle kleine beetjes helpen. Ik ben blij met elke kilometer die ik krijg."

"Donderdag neem ik plaats in de simulator en ga ik kijken hoe de werkelijke ervaring zich verhoudt met de digitale ervaring. Dat is een onderdeel van mijn werk en deze kleine stapjes helpen mij voor te bereiden voor de toekomst."
