Marko geheimzinnig over toekomst: "Complexe zaak"

Helmut Marko speelt nog steeds een belangrijke rol binnen het team van Red Bull Racing. De Oostenrijker fungeert als teamadviseur en vanuit de functie heeft hij veel macht binnen de Red Bull-familie. In de afgelopen maanden gingen er veel geruchten rond over Marko, hij blijft zelf zeer onduidelijk over zijn toekomst.

Marko speelde dit jaar een hoofdrol in verschillende geruchten en relletjes. Eén van de meest opvallende geruchten ging over een mogelijke tweestrijd tussen Marko en teambaas Christian Horner. Beide heren ontkenden deze verhalen, maar er werd ook gesuggereerd dat Marko het iets minder goed kan vinden met de huidige Red Bull-top. Ook dit lijkt niet te kloppen, maar Marko blijft wel zeer onduidelijk over zijn eigen toekomst.

Nieuwe geruchten

De Oostenrijkse teamadviseur blijft namelijk wijzen naar zijn contract dat eind volgend jaar afloopt. Marko reageert in gesprek met zijn landgenoten van OE24 op een gerucht over Horner. Hij zou ook de macht kunnen krijgen over Red Bulls zusterteam AlphaTauri. Marko doet geheimzinnig: "Je hebt verschillende stromingen en varianten. Alles is nog steeds mogelijk, dat geldt ook over wat ik ga doen. Mijn huidige contract loopt immers nog tot eind 2024."

Complexe zaak

Of Marko daarna verder gaat bij Red Bull, is nog niet duidelijk. Hij is al aardig op leeftijd, maar hij is nog steeds fit en helder. Max Verstappen wil in ieder geval dat Marko verder gaat, maar de teamadviseur blijft over dit onderwerp nogal geheimzinnig doen: "Het is een complexe zaak. Natuurlijk heb ik ook zo mijn verplichtingen richting Red Bull en Max. Maar, het totaal pakket moet nog steeds kloppen. Er is nog helemaal geen beslissing genomen over iets."

  Helmut gaat naar Ferrari.
  Om Max vervolgens binnen te halen.
  Helmut weet als geen ander wat de ontsnapping clausules in Max zijn contract zijn.
  En de familie Verstappen wil eerst dat Helmut even bij Ferrari de juiste mensen op de juiste plaatsen gaat zetten.
  Als dan in 2026 de compleet nieuwe auto’s komen stapt Max over naar Ferrari na 5 x kampioen te zijn geworden bij RedBull

  Ik vermoed dat hij in ieder geval gaat afbouwen een verantwoordelijkheden gaat overdragen.
  
  Hij is in ieder geval erg belangrijk geweest voor Voor de rijst van Red Bull. Ook ervoor dat Hamilton nu rijst eet ipv nog steeds aan het stijgen is.

Is afwachten wat ze volgend jaar doen met zijn contract, neem maar aan dat hij tot 2028 mag blijven, anders is het ook exit van Max, dat zal niet gaan gebeuren.

  Misschien kan Marko een 3 (+2) jarig contract krijgen dubbel+ zijn huidige beloning (in drie jaar verdienen als afgelopen 10 jaar is aanlokkelijk) aangezien zijn waarde meer kan zijn voor andere teams met zijn kennis en ervaring. Hij zal vast onder garden verlof regels vallen en wil die uiteraard onder dit contract uitzitten als hij niet snel een verlenging krijgt. ((((Lol))))((Max pakt zijn 4e en daarna nog 4 met Marko bij Ferrari)
