FIA keurt WTCC-kalender voor 2016 goed

De World Motor Sport Council van de internationale autosportbond FIA heeft de nieuwe kalender voor het World Touring Car Championship goedgekeurd. Het wereldkampioenschap voor toerwagens telt twaalf evenementen in 2016, al is de eerste datum nog niet ingevuld.

De WTCC-kalender voor volgend jaar:

20 maart - nog niet bekend

3 april - Paul Ricard, Frankrijk

17 april - Slovakiaring, Slowakije

24 april - Hungaroring, Hongarije

8 mei - Marrakech, Marokko

29 mei - Nordschleife, Duitsland

12 juni - Vila Real, Portugal

7 augustus - Termas de Rio Hondo, Argentinië

4 september - Motegi, Japan

25 september - Sjanghai, China

6 november - Buriram, Thailand

25 november - Losail, Qatar
