Müller neemt Filippi onder zijn hoede

John Filippi heeft zijn contract met Campos Racing verlengd. De 20-jarige Fransman bestuurt ook in 2016 een Chevrolet Cruze in het WTCC. Hij zal dit jaar gecoacht worden door niemand minder dan Yvan Müller, de viervoudig kampioen die uitkomt voor Citroën.

Filippi: "Ik ben heel blij dat Campos en ik besloten hebben om met elkaar door te gaan. Mijn doel is om mijn aanwezigheid in dit kampioenschap te rechtvaardigen en mijn naam te vestigen. Ik heb het volste vertrouwen voor komend seizoen en ik hoop mooie resultaten te kunnen boeken."
