SEAT wisselt motor van Tom Coronel na olielekkage

Tom Coronel heeft na zijn problemen in de kwalificatie een nieuwe motor gekregen van SEAT. De Nederlander had gisteren last van een olielekkage in zijn motorcompartiment, waarna zijn team heeft besloten de motor te wisselen.

Na de kwalificatie van gisteren, waar Coronel door deze lekkage in de derde sector maar liefst acht tienden verloor elke ronde, heeft SEAT met toestemming van de FIA de motor in de auto van Coronel gewisseld. "Beter dat het nu gebeurd dan tijdens de races, want nu kunnen we nog altijd wat punten scoren. Ik maak me geen zorgen. Ik ga voor een plaats in de top-acht in de eerste race", vertelde Coronel.
