Chevrolet met Muller en Menu snelste op opdrogende baan

Yvan Muller heeft de tweede en laatste vrije training van het WTCC op het circuit van Oschersleben als snelste afgesloten. De Fransman was uiteindelijk 0.171 seconden sneller dan teamgenoot Alain Menu.

Vanochtend reed Chevrolet-coureur Rob Huff al de snelste tijd in de eerste training, vanmiddag waren het zijn teamgenoten Muller en Menu die aan kop stonden. Tiago Monteiro was de snelste SEAT-rijder op de derde plaats, gevolgd door teamgenoot Jordi Gene en Rob Huff.

Michel Nykjaer reed naar de zesde tijd op bijna een seconde achterstand. Andy Priaulx eindigde als snelste BMW-coureur op de zevende stek, gevolgd door Tom Coronel, Gabriele Tarquini en Augusto Farfus.
