'Hungaroring vervangt afgelaste races in Marrakech'

De Hungaroring zal binnenkort worden bevestigd als vervanger van het afgelaste raceweekend in Marokko. Wegens financiële problemen konden de races in Marrakech niet doorgaan en Marcello Lotti, WTCC-promotor, lijkt nu een vervangend circuit te hebben gevonden.

Eerder gaf Lotti al aan dat een vervangend weekend plaats zal vinden in Europa. "We zijn momenteel met enkele circuits in het centrale deel van Europa in gesprek om op diezelfde datum de race te organiseren. We kunnen de precieze plaats van het vierde raceweekend in 2011 binnen twee weken bevestigen", aldus Lotti.
