Darryl O'Young verdedigt komend seizoen de eer van Special Tuning Racing in het World Touring Car Championship. De afgelopen twee jaar kwam de Chinees uit voor Bamboo Racing. In 2012 beschikt hij over een Seat Leon van Special Tuning.

O'Young: "Ik kijk echt uit naar de komende jaargang met Special Tuning. Het is een nieuwe wending voor mij, aangezien ik voor het eerst in de Seat Leon stap, maar ik heb alle vertrouwen in de wagen die door Seat Sport is ontwikkeld. Special Tuning heeft jaren ervaring met Seat en ik zal alles in mijn macht aanspreken om ze goede resultaten te bezorgen."
